Description: "Fancy Fran" is our finest torso model available and will prove indispensable to any anatomy lab. The open back exposes muscular layers, vertebral column and nerve branches. The head is open to yield a full view of the brain on one side, while the dissected neck shows muscular, neural, vascular and glandular features. Important anatomical structures are numbered and referenced on the included key card. Dissectible male and female urogenital systems are interchangeable. Removable parts include:Eye with optic nerve and extraocular muscles; Half brain cut longitudinally with internal structures and blood vessels; Trachea; Descending thoracic aorta and esophagus; Right and left lungs (2 parts each) with bronchial tree and vasculature; Liver with gallbladder; Half kidney sectioned along front plane to show internal features and vessels; 2-part heart with atria, ventricles, valves and muscular heart wall; Stomach; Pancreas, duodenum, and spleen with vessels and ducts; Small and large intestines (cover over caecum is removable); Male and female urogenital systems (4 parts each) sectioned medially to show internal structures; Thoracic vertebra (T12) with spinal cord 90 x 33 x 23 cm Weight: 9300 g
